Dr. Clair Palley
Dr. Palley was born and bred in the land down under – Australia. After graduating and working as a registered nurse, she decided she wanted some adventure in her life, and so accepted a temporary position as a home health nurse in Florida, with intentions to keep traveling and ultimately end up back at home. Life intervened, in the form of her now husband, and roughly 30 years later, she calls Kentucky home.
After much deliberation about the future, she decided to return to school, and graduated with distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, followed by a residency at the University of Kentucky in Family Medicine. Since graduation, she worked in private practice prior to joining CHI St Joseph Health, where she worked for the last 10 years, in the central Kentucky area, mostly in Lexington. As a board certified Family Physician, she has cared for patients in the hospital, admitting patients to the ICU and medical/surgical floors, as well as providing newborn care in the newborn nursery, although most of her time has been spent in the outpatient setting, providing primary care services for newborns through the elderly and everyone in between, and in true family medicine style, caring for many branches of family trees. Her passions include preventative care, chronic disease management and acute illness treatment. Now, she is partnering with Dr. Eric Bradburn to provide concierge medical care. She is excited to continue to provide a high level of quality care for all ages, as she transitions to the new model of care of concierge medicine.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.
